Top 16 Head to the Entrepreneur Trade Show

December 03, 2015

Our annual business plan competition, the Enterprise Challenge, is heating up!  We have just completed first round judging and sixteen contestants are now off to the races prepping for our "pitch your business" Entrepreneur Trade Show.  I have been getting to know the contestants and have been very impressed with their hard work and efforts thus far.  There's a very broad mix of entrepreneurs, experience levels and businesses, which is adding a lot to the competition.  This year many of the contestants took advantage of the workshops, coaching, and help sessions the contest offers to move forward in the contest.

On December 10th our top 16 contestants converge on YVTech for the Entrepreneurs Trade Show.  This Trade Show allows each contestant to highlight their venture all afternoon to a group of over 20 judges.  These judges come from many professions throughout Yakima and Kittitas Counties to enjoy the opportunity to not only critique and score but also to provide critical business planning feedback to these start up entrepreneurs.   At the end of the day we add up the judges scores and the top eight contestants advance to the finals.

Allow me to introduce the 2015 Contestants attending the Entrepreneur Trade Show:
